At MOI lil studio, each candle is lovingly handcrafted-never mass-produced. Because of this, no two candles will ever be exactly the same. The natural variations that come with handmade work are what make each piece truly unique.
Please note before purchasing:
• Handmade variations: Minor imperfections or small differences from product photos are part of the handmade process and should not be seen as faults.
• Soy wax nature: Frosting, wet spots, or subtle colour blending (where pigments merge into a soft gradient) are normal characteristics of soy wax-especially in humid climates. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds. To help preserve your candle, store it in a cool, dry place.
• Decorative details: Painted or decorative finishes are delicate and may wear off if rubbed. Please handle these areas with care.
• Custom orders: Made-to-order candles are created specifically to your requests and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage open discussion before finalising your order.
• Preference-based returns: Please note that we cannot accommodate returns for purchases made on personal reconsideration.
In case of issues, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
Please read carefully before using your candle:
Remove all labels and decorative materials before lighting.
Trim wick to 5mm before each use.
Always use a suitable candle plate.
For the first burn, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours to ensure an even melt.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the room/space, but avoid draughts.
Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from flammable objects.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when only 1 cm of wax remains at the base.

3. Why isn’t the purchase or inquiry process instant?
I value transparency and clear communication with my customers. As my product are handmade and non-refundable, I prefer to personally confirm all details before completing your order. This allows you time to review your selection carefully before proceeding.
4. Where is your workshop located?
My private workshop is currently located approximately 25 minutes from Perth CBD, Western Australia. The full address and details will be provided after your booking is secured with a deposit.
5. How many people can attend a workshop?
My workshop is designed for small groups of up to 5 people. For special occasions such as birthdays or bridal showers (more than 5 guests), I can arrange a partner venue for an additional fee. Please email me for group bookings and further information.
